KLAIPĖDA ERNESTO GALVANAUSKAS VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE E-SHOP PURCHASE AND SALE RULES

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") shall be a binding legal document for the Parties, which sets out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller in relation to the purchase of Goods on the e-shop by the Buyer.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements. The Buyer shall be informed on the e-shop website. When the Buyer shops on the e-shop, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order shall apply.

  1. HAVE THE RIGHT TO BUY ONLINE:

2.1. natural persons with legal capacity, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been limited by a court order;

2.2. legal persons;

2.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer has created a shopping cart in the e-shop, filled in the contact information, chosen the payment method and read the Seller's rules, and clicked on the "Pay" button.

2.4. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the e-shop.

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

3.1. To order goods in the e-shop, the Buyer may:

3.1.1. by registering on this e-shop - by entering the details requested in the registration;

3.2. When ordering goods by the methods provided for in Clause 2.1 of the Rules, the Buyer shall indicate in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller the Buyer's personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.

3.3. By registering on the e-shop and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to protect and not to disclose his/her login details to anyone.

  1. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the other information sections of this e-shop.

4.2. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update it without delay.

4.3. The Customer undertakes not to pass on his/her login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his/her login data, he/she must immediately inform the Seller by the means of contact indicated in the "Contact" section.

4.4. By using the e-shop, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the e-shop.

5.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy with respect to the Buyer's personal information provided in the e-shop registration form.

  1. ORDERING, PRICES, PAYMENT PROCEDURES, TERMS

6.1. The e-shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6.2. The Contract shall commence from the moment the Buyer clicks on the "Confirm Order" button and upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms the order by sending a confirmation email to the email address specified by the Buyer.

6.3. The prices of the products in the e-shop and on the order form are in euros, including VAT.

6.4. The buyer pays for the goods in the following way:

6.4.1. e-Banking payment - prepayment through the Buyer's e-banking system. In order to use this form of payment, the Buyer must have signed an e-banking agreement with one of the banks listed below: SEB; Swedbank; Luminor; Citadele Šiaulių bankas; URBO, LKU, Paysera, Revolut. The Buyer shall transfer the money to the e-shop's current account. The responsibility for data security in this case lies with the respective bank, as all monetary transactions take place in the bank's e-banking system.

6.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after payment for the goods has been received will the shopping cart be created.

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUYER AND SELLER

7.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by him/her.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions taken when using this e-shop.

7.3. If the Seller's e-shop contains links to the e-sites of other companies, institutions, organisations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained therein or the activities carried out therein and does not maintain, control or represent such companies and persons.

7.4. In the event of damage, the Party at fault shall indemnify the other Party for direct damages.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. Any disagreements arising from the application of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
