The aim of the project is to provide vocational education and training institutions with the necessary tools, equipment, training and other specialised services for pupils with special educational needs and those from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds, which will contribute to increased participation of pupils and enable them to complete their education, acquire qualifications and enter the labour market.
The project is being implemented in the Central and Western region of Lithuania and the Capital Region.
The target group of the project is vocational education and training pupils (with special educational needs (SUP) and pupils from disadvantaged socio-economic contexts (SCE)), teachers, education support professionals.

Support for improving access to vocational training for students from disadvantaged groups in the Capital Region and the Central and Western Lithuania Region:
Scope of the project - The project is expected to support 790 disadvantaged groups of students to improve access to vocational training.
The amount of project funding is EUR 5 106 147,82.
Project duration - 18 October 2024 - 31 August 2029
The project is funded by the European Union's European Social Fund + (ESF+) and Co-financing.
