The aim of the project is to increase the relevance and attractiveness of vocational and adult training to the needs of the labour market through the provision of practical skills in the workplace and in a sectoral practical training centre.
Planned results: during the project, the students of Klaipėda Ernests Galvanauskas Vocational Training Centre will acquire and improve their practical skills in the form of an apprenticeship in the organisations of seven project partners. The project will provide apprenticeship training to: 4 apprentices in the Carpenter Vocational Training Programme, 12 apprentices in the Finisher Vocational Training Programme, 7 apprentices in the Massage Therapist Vocational Training Programme, 11 apprentices in the Nursing Assistant Vocational Training Programme and 10 apprentices in the Social Worker Assistant Vocational Training Programme.
