The aim of the project is:
1. To improve students' vocational skills and general competences, thus ensuring better employability of future graduates.
2. To improve teachers' and staff's competences in order to improve the quality of vocational training at Klaipėda Ernests Galvanauskas Vocational Training Centre.
3. To develop quality international relations and cooperation with employers and social partners.
It is expected that 80 students, 56 staff members and 1 guest expert from another country will take part in the project activities.
