The project aims to:

Improving students' vocational skills and general competences, thereby improving the employability of future graduates.
To improve the competences of teachers and staff in order to improve the quality of vocational training at Klaipėda Ernests Galvanauskas Vocational Training Centre.
Develop quality international relations and cooperation with employers and social partners.

The project is expected to involve 40 students and 24 staff members.
