Library regulations

Library objectives:

- Collecting and preserving the literature needed for the educational process.
- Deploy new information technologies.
- To provide a welcoming environment and good conditions for visitors.

The library's mission: to be an open educational and information centre that fully meets the information needs of the school community and participates in the educational process.

The Library and Information Centre is open to all pupils and staff. When registering for the first time, it is necessary to present an identity document in order for the library staff to fill in the prescribed form.

The library stores and collects: textbooks, educational literature, reference books, dictionaries, fiction.

The library provides an attractive learning environment for students to develop their information skills. All this changes the purpose of the school library from a traditional library, which collects books and textbooks, to a school library as an information centre.

The Centre's library document collection is managed using the MOBIS information system. For the convenience of readers, the Centre's library catalogue is available, where they can search for the documents they want, as well as check the information about the books they have checked out. Login information is available from the librarian.

Library services:

- Home delivery (subscription).
- On-site access to publications (reading room).
- Searching for information on request.
- Use of computers, internet, free WI-FI
- Printing, copying, scanning (self-service),
- Support for teachers and students.

The Reading Room has 20 workstations, 4 of which are computerised.
