The basis of social work communication - mutual respect and trust - does not come about suddenly, but is sometimes a difficult and painful process. It is often the case that clients do not immediately trust the personal care worker, often manipulating and lying, as they have learned to do in order to survive and achieve their goals. It is in this training programme that the participants will be able to build on the practice of the trainers to establish and maintain contact with different groups of service users and their environment, to understand the specificities of the client's life in different places, so that communication does not break down and the relationship with the service user and their environment is based on trust and professional ethics. It will also provide guidance and instructions on how to handle and work with:
Participants will be able to resolve conflicts, recognise, interpret and respond to non-verbal messages from service users. They will also know how to ask open and closed questions depending on the situation. They will become familiar with the three levels of empathy, which will help to further develop a professional relationship of trust between the service user and the personal care worker. Observe the ethical standards of communication when dealing with the client, his/her family members and other stakeholders. Participants will be trained to promote the client's independence, which is essential for everyday life; to identify and meet hygiene needs, to develop personal hygiene skills; to provide toileting, body cleansing, skin, hair, hand and foot care; to help and assist clients with various types of disabilities; to help them with the use of technical aids for using the toilet, washing, bathing, and taking a shower.

When providing emergency medical assistance within the scope of his/her competence, he/she shall apply safe lifting and transport methods based on evidence from medical science and practice only in the Republic of Lithuania, except for the exceptions provided for in other legal acts.

Purpose of the programme. The modular vocational training programme for freight forwarders is designed to train qualified freight forwarders who are able to carry out general freight forwarding tasks independently, to select cargo and means of transport, and to plan and monitor the transport route.
Specifics of the future work. Those with a forwarding agent qualification will be able to work in the forwarding, purchasing, ordering, export and import, farm and transport departments of transport and logistics companies or manufacturing and trading companies.
Working indoors, using computer and special software; risk of conflict situations.
The freight forwarder's activities are governed by occupational safety and health requirements. He/she shall work independently, carry out the tasks assigned to him/her, supervise the activities of subordinate, lower-skilled workers and assign them tasks.

Minimum level of education required: secondary education; Level III qualification as a plasterer LTKS.
Purpose of the programme. The Plasterer Modular Vocational Training Programme is designed to train qualified plasterers who are able to carry out general activities on a construction site, plastering of building structures using hand tools and mechanised techniques, and plaster repairs.
Specifics of the future work. Once qualified as a plasterer, you will be able to work in construction companies or as an individual.
Working conditions: indoors and outdoors in buildings, with materials aggressive to the environment and to humans, at high altitudes; the working environment can be dusty, dirty and weather dependent. The specific nature of the work requires the worker to be provided with special clothing.
The plasterer's activities shall be guided by occupational health and safety, ergonomics, occupational hygiene, fire safety, electrical safety, environmental protection, and sustainable construction principles.
The following personal qualities are important: diligence, concentration, body coordination, physical stamina and the ability to work as part of a team. A plasterer works independently, following drawings to carry out complex tasks, supervising and assigning tasks to subordinate, lower-skilled workers. The plasterer's tasks are set by a person with a higher qualification.

Specifics of the future work. Once qualified as a vehicle repairer, you will be able to work in vehicle maintenance and repair companies or as an individual.
Work equipment: electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools and equipment, measuring instruments, diagnostic devices for vehicle maintenance and repair work, safety equipment, databases. The work is carried out in vehicle maintenance and repair premises, and in some cases outdoors.
The vehicle repairer's activities are guided by occupational health and safety, occupational hygiene, fire safety and environmental protection requirements, the use of documents governing the work, and the ability to plan his/her activities independently.
The following personal qualities are important for a vehicle repairer: diligence, responsibility, independence, concentration, physical endurance.
