check documents prepared by the staff of the Centre's departments for compliance with the rules of procedure and the Centre's internal documents and submit them to the Director for signature;
providing advice on the use and management of the DMS;
printing and reproducing documents, receiving and sending e-mails, etc.
handle letters, e-mails/emails or any other form of transmission of information received and sent by the Centre, receive, record and send information;
ensuring that internal documents are produced on time by departments and specific implementers, and that they respond to letters and other documents received;
ensuring the security of documents and the transfer of documents to the Centre's archives.
