Construction and Business Unit

Klaipėda E. Galvanauskas Vocational Training Centre's Construction and Business Department offers apprenticeship training to students who choose to study the modular vocational training programmes for Finishing, Carpentry, Computer Aided Design Operator, and Motor Vehicle Cargo Driver.

Apprenticeship is a form of vocational training organisation where all or part of the training takes place in the workplace: in a company, institution or organisation. Apprentices who choose apprenticeship training are given the opportunity to immediately put the theoretical knowledge they have acquired into practice, i.e. to acquire the competences needed for a specific workplace. The main actors involved in an apprenticeship are the employer, the vocational training institution and the apprentice. Training takes place both with the employer and in the training institution. Apprenticeship training is training organised in the form of an apprenticeship where at least 70% of the training time is spent in the actual workplace and 30% of the training time is spent in the training institution.The Construction and Business Division has apprenticeship agreements with UAB Pamario Restoratorius, MB Svajonių Stogai, UAB Vėjo uostas, UAB Rainių Statyba, UAB Arijus, UAB Gotransport, UAB Pirklio Baldai. Health Services and Rehabilitation Unit

The Klaipėda E. Galvanauskas Vocational Training Centre Health Care Services and Rehabilitation Department offers apprenticeship training to students who choose to study under the Nurse Assistant and Paramedic vocational training programmes.Apprenticeship is a form of organisation of vocational training in which training or part of it takes place in the workplace: in a company, an institution, an organisation. Traineeships for massage therapists to improve their professional qualifications

In accordance with Order No 2824 of 4 December 2020 approved by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania "On the approval of the rules for licensing the practice of personal health care professionals and the description of the requirements for the professional development of the professional qualification of personal health care professionals", Klaipėda Vocational Training Centre of Ernesto Galvanauskas is starting to provide internships for massage therapists.

In 2025, traineeships take place in the last week of each month.
The duration of the traineeships depends on the period of time during which the person has not been engaged in the relevant personal health care activity in the last 5 years:

If it was 24-36 months, 18 hours of traineeship is required. Price 85 Eur
36 hours of traineeship is required for 37-48 months. Price 175 Eur
If it has been 49 months or more, 60 hours of traineeship is required. Price 250 Eur
72 hours traineeship with compulsory further training. Price 300 Eur

Inclusive education in a vocational school is an organisation of learning that enables pupils with different needs to learn together, to achieve their learning goals and to participate in all educational activities, regardless of their abilities, disabilities or other differences.
